The Art of Upcycling

Upcycling is the process of transforming existing garments and textiles into something new and of greater value. At &Then, we carefully reimagine discarded garments, end-of-roll fabrics, and damaged textiles into thoughtfully designed pieces with renewed purpose. Each one is unique, giving existing materials a second life through timeless design.

After years of working for large clothing brands, we began asking a simple question: What if beautiful clothing didn't always have to start with new fabric? By reimagining existing garments and textiles, we create one-of-a-kind pieces while helping reduce textile waste and conserve the natural resources used to manufacture new materials.

Every design begins with carefully selected garments or deadstock fabrics. We evaluate each material for quality, deconstruct it when needed, and thoughtfully redesign it into a new silhouette. Each piece is cut, sewn, and finished with intention, resulting in clothing that is both timeless and one of a kind.
